Stanley Miller is a Northwest artist, born in rural Central Washington where he discovered drawing and painting talents in the timeless natural surroundings. Following his artistic calling, he further honed his craft as an illustrator for magazines, web pages, and some of the biggest ad agencies in the world. Throughout the journey, he has sustained his first love, painting.
An avid fly fisherman, his watercolors capture the spectacle and excitement of the sporting life at its most memorable. Many of his pieces feature scenes of fly fishing and wingshooting, as well as other iconic vistas from the Pacific Northwest. He currently resides in Spokane, Washington, and spends as much time as possible fly fishing Montana, Idaho and the American West.
